A poultry supplier since 1946, Bourdicaud is part of a family tradition passed down through four generations. Founded in Esternay in the aftermath of World War II, our company was built on an unchanging principle: respect for the product and the customer.
From a local business rooted in the Champagne region's terroir, the company has gradually grown by supporting the most demanding professionals: restaurateurs, neighborhood butchers, and then players in collective catering.
